The new school year is well under way but if you are thinking of getting away with the children over the next ten months or so, then it often helps to plan in advance, keeping all the various school and public holiday dates in mind.

Fancy a visit to Legoland Germany, Playmobil FunPark or a spot of Skiing in Janske Lazne? Or perhaps a visit to Cesky Krumlov, Karlovy Vary or Europa Park theme park, are more your thing? Many of these attractions require advance bookings, so knowing exactly when the kids will be on vacation from school, allows one to make early bookings and save money in the process.

Here is a list of all of the School Holidays (Czech Schools Only) for the coming year as well as National Public Holidays in the Czech Republic.

Please note, that the pubic holiday dates of children attending Private schools in Prague differ and it is best to check each individual institution for the exact details.
